Personal Coaching From My Mentor

I was in KL last week. ada kursus kat putrajaya for 2 days.. but malam free. So, time2 ade kat KL ni la, saye cepat2 contact my mentors kat KL untuk asah skill in this biz dan dapatkan apa2 ilmu yang terlepas before ni. 

Yela, saye tak dapat gi kelas GLAM everyweek coz duduk jauh di Dungun. But bile ade peluang ke KL, memang trus contact client yang dah dalam waiting list samada nak fitting Premium Beautiful, Demo Biozone or nak tau pasal bisnes
Kena la pandai manfaat kan masa yg ade and turn it to productive time.

So, saye dah setkan jadual awal, 3 hari 2 malam di KL, setiap masa yg free, saye dah schedulekan appointment saye. 1st day, 2nd day n 3rd utk jumpa siapa dan buat apa. That's what we call work smart! Bukan kene amik mase yang lame pon, sehari 2 hours je. 

After all, ni kan PART TIME job.. but income, kalah FULL TIME job. :)

FIRST DAY, actually plan nak jumpa my client but, husband dia tak sihat so she has to pospone the appointment. But saye teruskan je jumpa ngan wani. And it really worth it!! lets see what Wani wrote in her blog about our session.

Dear Gentle Readers,

It's 2.30am & I am still wide awake. Tadi I was supposed to help my biz partner Afzan (dari Dungun) powerclose her client di Cheras. Unfortunately, something happened & her client x dapat datang.

Since bukan selalu dapat jumpa Afzan, I decided to proceed with our meeting. Since dah lama x semak cara biz partner 'bekerja'; wani minta Afzan tunjukkan how she normally do her biz presentation. Alhamdulillah, she did a very good job! Walaupun leader jauh, tapi itu bukan alasan untuk jauh tercicir.

I shared some key important points with her, tunjukkan how i normally present to my clients & share some ayat2 "membuka minda" which normaly makes my client "put on their thinking cap".

Whilst doing that, I suddenly realized that I should be doing this looooong time ago! Kalau dulu kat office as superior we always check on our staff's deliverables. Why in biz kita x buat the same thing? Sebab bila buat mcm ni, terus nampak which area to improve, which skills yg kena 'asah & tajam' kan lagi. Biz partners pun terus dapat timely feedback & boleh terus IMPROVE for the next biz presentation.

I am now a Double Diamond Manager, and have probably at least 30-50 active biz partners in my group. I am planning to sit down with each & every one of them starting today, 12.12.12 (kebetulan tarikh cantik) & semak 1-1 cara mereka 'bekerja'. I am certainly not their boss, & of course there is no right or wrong way of presenting our biz proposal; masing2 ada cara masing2. But I do hope that by doing so, I can share my knowledge & experience selama 14 months being in this beautiful biz. Memang banyak asam & garam nye; but it was all worth it (",)

I would love to hear their thoughts, their experience, their problems whilst at the same time being able to provide solutions for them. I know I have been doing this in the past but I guess I should have done this more often. Baru lah biz partners dapat terbang sama tinggi dengan their leaders; or perhaps lebih tinggi lagi!

So, tarikh keramat 12.12.12 ni wani nak jadikan sebagai titik permulaan untuk wani betul2 take time 'bentuk' seorang demi seorang biz partner wani utk JADI & menjadi-jadi. Mmg banyak pengorbanan masa & tenaga yg wani harus lakukan. Mungkin kena kurangkan masa rehat or masa bersama family; but sekali I do it right i.e. bila biz partner semua pandai present mcm kita present; pandai powerclose mcm kita powerclose & pandai manage group mcm kita manage; the domino's effect & long term effect dia sgt besar!

Masa tu, nak bergolek dgn anak sampai tergolek-golek pun silakan wahai puan wani. RM50k sebulan MINIMUM masuk jer dalam bank akaun. Ini dinamakan work smart; bersusah dulu sekarang... Bersenang2 kemudian (",)

Terharu tau, ade orang guide kita dalam bisnes sampai macam ni sekali. Ade tak bisnes lain yg macam ni? And this is what we practice in our group. No one will work alone, or left alone. Semua akan di ajar dari awal sampai la capai target jadi CDM. Itulah pentingnya CHOOSE THE RIGHT GROUP.
 
Selagi kita nak ilmu tu, and selagi kita rapatkan diri dengan mentor or leaders, selagi tu la kite tak hanyut dalam kemalasan dan kite tau. Semua bergantung kepada diri kita. Same la konsep mase kite belajar kat U dulu. Kalau lecturer bagi assignment, kita x buat, kelas kita selalu ponteng, mende yang tak paham tak gi tanye balik lecturer or tak rujuk member2 sekelas, agak2 boleh grad tak?

Same la konsepnye bisnes ni. Lagipon this is our own business, we are the CEO of out company. Jatuh bangun company kita adalah atas usaha dan tanggungjawab kita la kan. Kalau kita tahu apa yang perlu dibuat dan follow apa yang disuruh buat oleh mentor yang berpengalaman, In Syaa Allah kita juga akan dapat capai apa yang mereka capai. 
 
NAK BERJAYA, MESTILAH IKUT CARA ORANG YANG DAH BERJAYA kan?
